Haley Cox CMHCi

"I obtained my B.S. in Psychology at Utah State University, and I am finishing my M.S. at Bellevue University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I enjoy being outside and hanging out with my family. I am passionate about supporting others in their journey to reconnect to themselves and recognize the many capabilities that they have. I want to support clients in connecting and making time for what matters most to them. I believe that individuals benefit the most with a holistic approach to finding solutions. On my professional journey, the areas I put an emphasis on were attachment styles, Gottman couples research, and trauma and reconnecting to the body. Therapeutic styles that I like are positive psychology, solution focused, CBT, DBT, and Adlerian."

Haley is a well-trained resident who has completed all of her coursework in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Her exceptional intellectual focus, combined with a natural ability to connect with her clients, results in a rare and special therapeutic experience.
